Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Contact and user management of the Website: Personal data of users who contact LIUX through any contact channels provided on the Website, including the Newsletter, will be processed to manage such contact, respond to requests received through them, and provide the requested services, such as consumer services.

Reservation management: Personal data of users collected through the reservation process of products available on the Website will be processed to manage these reservations and any additional or complementary service.

Work with us: Personal data of users who wish to participate in our staff selection processes are collected through the "Contact" section available to the public through the LIUX website to manage the receipt of CVs sent to LIUX, analyze the candidate's professional profile, and, if applicable, enable participation in LIUX's staff selection processes.

Consumer, Customer, or Supplier Service: LIUX provides users with a communication means to manage, telematically, the Consumer, Customer, or Supplier Service.

In this regard, personal data collected through the “Contact” section available to the public through the LIUX website with URL https://liux.eco/contact/, will be processed by LIUX to handle inquiries about our products and manage incidents and/or complaints.

We inform you that LIUX may use your personal data to create profiles and segment your data. What is the legal basis for processing your data by LIUX?

LIUX processes the personal data provided by users of its Website according to the following legal bases, depending on the type of data provided by the user and the interactions the user has with LIUX:

- The processing of your data for the purposes of "Contact and user management of the Website," "Work with us," and "Consumer, Customer, or Supplier Service" is based on the user's consent.
